We continue to see outages this morning. At the moment we have 9 separate events with approximately 71 out throughout WEC territory. Two crews worked through the night, with some working straight through since 7:00 am, May 16. An alert was issued this morning for wind gusts for 9:00 am – 5:00 pm today, which could contribute to possible continued outages throughout the day. So far, many of the outages are off road and the restoration process has been slow. Please note that restoration of one outage in Northfield is delayed as it off road and special equipment is needed to help change out a broken pole and damaged transformer.
