Crews were able to switch the system around the problem to reduce the number of members out in Calais and East Montpelier to 111. These remaining members will experience an outage for roughly 1.5 – 2 hours while crews remove the tree from the lines and make repairs.

WEC has been experiencing outages overnight due to snow-loaded trees. Crews have been out working to assess the outage events and restore power since early this morning.
