The crews continued working to restore all members’ power. Again, thank you all for your patience especially those that took a little longer than others.

Remember: Do not approach downed lines or trees on lines, as they may still be energized. If you see a tree on power lines or lines down, please report it to us: local 802-223-5245 or toll-free 1-800-932-5245.

7:00 a.m. – July 7, 2024

Crews worked through the night to restore power. Three outages remain in East Montpelier. The crew continues to work to restore power to those members. There are still a few outages statewide as well. All should be restored today. Thank you for your patience and please prepare for these summer storms.

10:45 p.m. – July 6, 2024

Due to the last storm that passed through the Central Vermont area, we have roughly 280 members without power in the towns of Calais, East Montpelier, Middlesex and Worcester. The on-call crew has responded and is working to restore power in these areas. We are uncertain at this time how long it will be to restore power. An update will be posted in the morning. Thank you for your patience and the crew will have power restored as soon as possible.
