WEC crews have restored the outage affecting Plainfield and Marshfield members,. Only 4 WEC members remain out of power currently. Just under 700 remain out statewide.

Crews have restored a large outage on Lightening Ridge Road in Calais. This leaves about 212 WEC members out of power now, with most from a large outage in the area around Brook Road affecting primarily Plainfield and Marshfield. We anticipate power in that area in the next hour or two. Statewide, about 1,200 are out of power around the state.

Outages are being restored steadily. Groton area has been restored, and the crews are working throughout the Marshfield, Plainfield and Fayston areas to try and fully restore all members this evening. We will update again around 6:00pm. Thank you.

Outages have increased to 574 member outages. This includes the Marshfield and Groton areas. The storm is moving through to the Vershire/Chelsea area where a crew is on standby. Crews are working on each area to restore power as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and be safe.
