Crews have restored the transmission line to the Maple Corners substation and brought members affected back into service. About 35 members remain out due to an issue in East Montpelier, and another 34 in Tunbridge. Crews are working on both outages now.

The transmission line to WEC’s Maple Corners substation has been out of service. Crews are assessing the cause now. Close to 1,000 WEC members are out of service currently due to several outages.

WEC is experiencing several outages around its territory currently due to wind conditions and trees. About 424 WEC members are currently out in towns across the territory, including Calais, Worcester, Tunbridge and others. About 1,200 are out of power statewide.
