Washington Electric Cooperative's office is located at the junction of U.S. Route 2 and 14 in the village of East Montpelier, approximately 6 miles east of Montpelier. Our physical address is 40 Church Street and our mailing address is P. O. Box 8, East Montpelier, VT 05651.

We can be reached by phone at 802-223-5245 or toll free at 800-932-5245. Our office building is open to the public from 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. WEC closes in observation of the following holidays:
- New Year's Day (January 1)
- Washington's Birthday (3rd Monday in February)
- Town Meeting Day (1st Tuesday in March)
- Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
- Independence Day (July 4)
- Labor Day (1st Monday in September)
- Veteran's Day (November 11)
- Thanksgiving Day (4th Thursday in November)
- Closing at 11:30 a.m. on Christmas Eve (December 24th)
- Christmas Day (December 25)
